Peter Reichardt

Tomah Region President

Tomah, WI

Pete Reichardt is the Senior Vice President of Consumer/Commercial Banking in the Tomah region. Pete has been in the banking industry for 35+ years. He believes it’s important to give back and help make a positive and meaningful difference in the community in which he lives and works.

When asked what motivates Pete to volunteer with these organizations, he said, “I have always been an advocate and believer in servant leadership. He or she who serves almost always benefits more than he or she who is served. True leaders understand that it is not about them, but about those they serve. It is not about exalting themselves but about lifting others up. Be the difference.” Pete also adds, “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived, it is what difference we have made in the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
