Ayers Tech Water Jet Cutting opened the doors to its leased Rice Lake, Wisconsin property in 2007. During this start-up season owner Shawn Ayers was wearing most of the hats – sales, operations, delivery, and everything in between.

In just a few short years, business took off and Ayers Tech began considering expansion. That’s when a commercial property in Chetek, Wisconsin became available; at the time it was much larger than their expansion needs but offered space to nurture their growth goals.

It wasn’t long before Shawn began to hire, building his trusted crew to ten experts, running six water jets and a whole host of other high-tech CNC equipment.

Banker Jason Erb has been Ayers Tech’s champion from the very first draft of their business plan, and his partnership hasn’t ceased, offering financial expertise and tailored solutions for every phase and season.
