CCFBank colleagues from across Wisconsin and Minnesota who have made outstanding contributions to the company, our customers, and local communities have been recognized at the 2023 CCFBank Eagle Awards, held February 29, 2024.

The winning award recipients were announced in front of a companywide audience, with the accolades presented by President and CEO, Stephen Bianchi, and members of our executive leadership team.

The CCFBank Eagle Awards are presented annually to individuals and teams who exemplify CCFBank’s culture and values through their work in providing care and expertise to our customers, and who help bring the company’s community spirit to life.

Nominees were judged on annual growth, their focus on making more possible for our customers, and innovative cross-departmental collaboration leading to significant organizational advancements. In recognition of their achievements, the winners were honored in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at a private dinner with the CCFBank executive leadership team.
