How To Reset Your Banking Password

Forgot the password to your account? Simply follow the steps listed below to get back to managing your money.

Mobile Banking Password Reset

To reset your password:

  1. Launch the CCFBank Mobile app on your device.
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgotten Password? below the login information.
  3. You will be asked for the following information:
    • The last four digits of your Social Security Number
    • Your Access ID
    • Your e-mail address
  4. You will need to use the temporary password within 30 minutes to sign in, otherwise the password will expire.
  5. Once you login, you will be asked to reset your password.

Note: For security purposes, after processing password changes or enrollment completion, the program signs the user out, and the user must sign in again.

Online Banking Password Reset

To reset your password:

Click the LOG IN button in the top righthand corner of our website

  1. Once you’re on the Online Banking Login screen,
    • Enter your Access ID
    • Enter an invalid password, by doing this, you can access the next screen that will enable you to change your password
  2. Click Forgot Password? located next to the gray Log in box
  3. You will be asked for the following information:
    • Your Username
    • The last four digits of your Social Security Number
    • Your e-mail address
  4. You will need to use the temporary password within 30 minutes to sign in, otherwise the password will expire.
  5. Once you login, you will be asked to reset your password.
