Jason Erb is the Vice President of Ag Lending in Rice Lake, WI and oversees CCFBank’s Ag program. Jason has worked in the banking industry for 25+ years and has been with CCFBank since 2013.

Jason is an active member of his community, where he volunteers with the Barron County Fair. He is the Treasurer and Clerk for the Youth Livestock Sales and Show Committee and has served this position since June of 2000!

Outside of work, Jason loves to follow his two daughters and their passions along with his wife. A family activity they do every spring is their annual maple syrup harvest. Jason also likes to spend time outdoors where enjoys hunting, fishing, and flying his airplane.
