With over thirty years of experience, Mike has worked extensively in both commercial and retail banking. His expertise spans across diverse local businesses in industries from manufacturing and retail to professional services. His dedication to understanding the unique needs of local businesses and his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction sets him apart.

Beyond Banking
Mike’s involvement extends far beyond banking. He is an active participant in local organizations including:
- Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce: Mike’s involvement with the Chamber dates back to 2001. During his tenure, he has served three terms as President and remains a current Board Member. His dedication is evident as he works tirelessly to enhance the economic and communal landscape of Rice Lake, fostering business growth and prosperity.
- UW Eau Claire – Barron County Foundation Board: Serving the Foundation Board since 2020, Mike serves as the current President. Here, he actively supports its mission to provide financial resources for programs that promote and enhance education.
- Wisconsin Conservation Congress: Since 2011, Mike has been involved with the Conservation Congress, and he is a staunch advocate for conservation efforts. He serves as a Barron County Delegate, the Barron County Chairman, and holds the Chair on the Mississippi River Advisory Committee. He is resolute in his commitment to involve citizens in shaping natural resource policies and conservation initiatives.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family. Whether it’s a vacation, going hunting out West, or dining at the many great restaurants around the area, you’ll always find him on the move!
