Growing up in Rice Lake, WI, Erick attended UW-La Crosse and has lived in Menomonie, WI with his wife and four kids since 2006. They also recently adopted a puppy! Outside of work, you can find Erick coaching and watching sports, spending time on the lake, or attending outdoor festivals in Menomonie and the surrounding areas with his family.
