Justin Harings is a Vice President of Commercial Banking in the Chippewa Valley. Justin has worked for CCFBank since 2012, which is as long as he has worked in the banking industry! He started his career as a personal banker and has grown along with the bank through seven different positions. He enjoys the hard work and daily hustle of his job. Justin said, "My job isn’t really a job – it has turned into my career. It’s fulfilling to make a real difference for my customers." Justin specializes in SBA lending, complex operating companies, commercial real estate financing and wetland mitigation banking.

Justin lives in the Chippewa Valley with his wife, son, daughter, and their dog – a big and lovable terrier mix that they rescued in 2017. Justin is a Chippewa Falls native who graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a journalism degree. Being a great communicator comes in handy for Justin not only in his day job, but also while he coaches his son's youth baseball and soccer teams. His favorite community events to attend with his family are the Northern Wisconsin State Fair and Cinder City Days.
