Robert (Bob) Grinde is a Vice President of Commercial Banking in the Chippewa Valley. Bob began working in the banking industry in 2010 and has been with CCFBank since 2012. Bob lives in Altoona but grew up in Eau Claire where he is heavily involved in the hockey scene. He is a volunteer coach, on the Board for Eau Claire Youth Hockey, and also on the hockey development committee. In his free time Bob enjoys fishing and coaching hockey. His favorite community events are the Boy Scouts Annual Fundraiser Dinner, Winter Clothes Drive for families in need, and the Feed My People volunteer day with his hockey team. He attended college at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated with a degree in Accounting. Bob says, "My most reliable trait is integrity. As a banker, it's my job to show that I am trustworthy, reliable and accountable in order to provide my customers with the best products and services that suit their business."

What Bob most enjoys about his job is finding the right product that best suits each business owner. Since Bob grew up around a family-owned business, he knows how important it is to understand his customers and work in a partnership with them on their banking needs. He loves to see the success of locally owned businesses and watching them grow over time.
